In addition to learning the technical side of commercial mortgage lending, you'll learn how to talk to clients about the benefits of working with you vs. a Banker or Direct Lender, and how to secure those clients for life, as their preferred Commercial Mortgage Broker. It takes most Brokers 8-10 hours to complete this course, however that may vary depending upon your experience level.
