The ICS Commercial Mortgage Broker Jump Start Training Program shows you exactly what you need to know to originate, evaluate, package, and submit commercial, multifamily, and investment property loans for lender review via the ICS Funding Platform at ICSLoans.com, or on your own to your own network of lenders independently. This course is not timed, and available for 30-days from sign-up. ICS will show you exactly how to efficiently find loan prospects, work with referral partners, how to use the ICS Funding Platform to submit loans to our network of 10,000+ lenders, as well as introduce you to other 3rd party tools and resources most commonly used by professional Commercial Mortgage Brokers. In addition to learning the technical side of commercial mortgage lending, you'll learn how to talk to clients about the benefits of working with you vs. a Banker or Direct Lender, and how to secure those clients for life, as their preferred Commercial Mortgage Broker. It takes most Brokers 8-10 hours to complete this course, however that may vary depending upon your experience level. You can spend dozens of hours digging deep into our extensive course catalog at your leisure, including over 50 course sections as outlined below.
